Refund policy

All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order, unworn, with all tags attached and with a copy of your invoice for a proper refund or exchange to be processed.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our facility.

* Refunds: Receive a refund back to your original payment method.
* Exchanges: Miss Ladybug only allows exchanges for the same product in a different size if the item is in stock.
