Shipping and Availability Information

Domestic Shipping Information

For a limited time, we now offer Free Shipping from USPS for US orders with a subtotal of at least $100.00 (excluding tax and shipping). Customer must order through a Customer Account to take advantage of this savings. 

International Shipping Information

We offer Free Shipping for non-US orders of $100.00 or more (excluding tax and shipping). Customer must order through a Customer Account to take advantage of this savings. For a limited time, all international orders qualify for $20.00 flat rate shipping.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
  • International Shipments take roughly a week however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.

General Shipping Information

  • Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday using USPS 2 Day, Overnight, International and APO/AFO options.
  • Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 2-day shipping times to customers with a PO Box address. Deliveries may be delayed an additional day or two due to USPS delivery schedules.
  • Orders paid via PayPal may be subject to a 24 hour delay before shipping.
  • Orders are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery for your protection; for domestic orders, $8.25 will be deducted from your return if the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts and returned to us. You can, of course, contact FedEx to reschedule your shipment or to pick it up from them directly!
  • Please note orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.
  • All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS.
  • APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS as required by law.
  • Because of our expedited order processing we cannot make product substitutions once an order has been placed.
  • If you have any delivery exceptions with your order, notify us within 5 business days (M-F) of your expected delivery day so that we can file a report with the parcel carrier. We cannot be financially responsible for expenses incurred if you do not report your issue to us within this time frame.
